There is NO "5 day pouch"! There IS a "5 day pouch
TEST". It is a diet of 5 days during which you can test if your
pouch/stomach has stretched from eating the wrong things or overeating
since your surgery. It is a repeat of your starting post-op diet condensed
into 5 days. It goes something like this:
Day 1- Liquids only
Day 2 and 3 - mushies
Day 4 and 5 - slow return to normal eating
For a more precise description do a search for "5 day pouch test"
in google or in this site. You may get a better description in a subsequent
