Question:
Anybody 18 yrs. or younger had RNY lap?

I was wondering if anyone 18 yrs. or younger has had Rny lap, becasue I would like to know about recovery and how well your skin shrinks, being younger and all or if it is the same as other people being older.    — Saleen98 (posted on June 10, 2003)

we just talked about this at support group tonight. they say the younger you have it (most dr's won't operate under 18), the easier it is for you. There is more elasticity in the skin and you will recover quicker. good luck.
