Question:
Anyone been on The Fat Flush program since surgery?

I am wanting to do the Fat Flush program to help detox my body and lose the 25 lbs. that I've gained back. Has anyone adapted this program to fit WLS? Could you tell me your experiences on being on the program? Thanks! Dawn    — dcopehp (posted on December 1, 2005)

no. sounds like another of the diets that got us to need gastric bypass. All of them make you lose some weight, then regain even more. The only way to lose it and maintain is proper nutrition every day and plenty of exercise every day. Lifestyle change, not another weird diet.
