Question:
critear for revision

I have a lg staple line disruption. I sent this to inc bc/bs and they have said they won't pay becuase the critea has changes since I had the surgury done in 1993 & I didn't meet it for the 1st surgury so they won't fix it. I did meet the critea in 1993 and they paid but it has changes now so they won't pay to have it fixed. I am having so many probles from the disruption I have to have it fix.
