Yes, I mix 3/4 scoop of the chocolate isopure with one cup of Carbcountdown milk. It gives me my 30 grams of protein and tastes great. It also helps to add one packet of sweetener. Many times though I just drink the milk with a little vanilla extract and sweetener, 2 cups gives you 24 grams of protein, and for me is easier to drink than protein powder drinks. GL

I also mix my Isopure with Carb Countdown. It gives you lots of protein!!!! I could not stand the taste of the vanilla or of mixing it with water, but milk has too much sugar. It tastes okay, and you get used to it.

I also use the low carb isopure chocolate. I have it several different ways. Usually I mix it with 1/2- 1 c skim milk + 1/2 - 1 c water and add vanilla extract, a packet of sweetner, and sometimes some sugar free quik to add more chocolate taste. Other times I actually add a cup of hot or cold tea (Chai tea is especially good and there are decaffienated verisons) then my milk and a packet or two of sweetner. I have also tried using a cherry or berry sugar free drink instead of water to make like a chocolate cherry drink. This way is not my favorite but it makes a good change once and awhile.

You are using the powder? My husband likes the vanilla with diet orange soda (blender takes the fizz out). The chocolate with water isn't bad, but I prefer other brands myself. WE don't use milk at all, which is another word for candy to us
