Don't worry. I was at the same weight for six weeks and just this morning I got on the scale and had lost three pounds. It has been 10 months since my surgery and I have lost a total of 134 pounds now. I know it takes its toll on you when you dont see a loss. Just remember you are still loosing inches. It will pick back up again so just hang in there. Good luck to you. Marian

Marian is absolutely right! I too am 7 months out and have had a few standstills, one lasting 5 weeks too. That is when your body is in shock form the wight loss and you are losing inches at that time! Keep the faith and it will show up in your clothing! Lori in Michigan

I am stuck in the same place. Also I had a fill and they had to take a little out, I was coughing at night. It is frustrating but I am trying not to let it bother me. I am trying to focus on everyone noticing I am lost a good amount of weight lately. Getting the positive feedback is helping me not get discouraged. You are not alone!

The best thing to jumpstart a weight loss is eat more protein. Just remember PEW~protein, exercise and water. PEW will get you through to a weight loss again. Good luck.

I'm about 6wks out, i lost 22 lbs the first cpl of wks after surgery and hit a plataue on 4-19 and have only this wk lost 3 more lbs. Have faith, it will move again. So far i have lost 2 dress sizes, about 17 inches over all. Check your tape meassure. It will be your friend when the scale isn't. How many cals are you getting in per day? My cals were under 700 when i hit the pataue so i gradually bumped them up to around 1000. Drink lots of water of course and get lots of protien. Are you excercising? Give your body time to catch up with all that you have done to it in the past wks and don't get discouraged. Your a "loser" remember and will continue to lose. Best of luck and God bless.
