Question:
pain around belly button and radiates to right.

Not bad pain but uncomfortable at times. I am 5 years out and having other issues going on but this has started recently and I am concerned if anyone else has had this happen to them. I have been feeling full the past 4-5 days-even with just liquids. I almost feel bloated but am not constipated. I don't have my gallbladder anymore either. It really feels uncomfortable from above my belly button to the right somewhat under the breast, COuld this be a ulcer perhaps? I do have stress to deal with pretty much but try to meditate and control it. I am seeing my gastric bypass surgeon on July 3rd for a much needed checkup. Could be lots of things. Best to have your surgeon diagnose you. If we speculate, you will worry, perhaps unnecessarily. If symptoms worsen, call the office and see about a cancellation or ask them what you should do. Good luck. Let us know how it turns out! Laura

Have your doctor check for Heliobacter Pylori bacterium. Very common..can cause symptoms like you are experiencing. It is a bacteria that causes ulcers. Can get meds for it that will make you feel better.Sounds like it to me.

Not all ulcers are caused from stress, bacteris can causse ulcers also. Watch what you eat, no fried or spicey. Also your liver is right under your ribs. I know this because my husband had ulcers and they were caused from a bacteria and he also had liver problems. Make sure to see your dr. and get a thorough checkup

Google the word "gastroparesis". The stomach is supposed to grind up our food then squeeze/propel it out and into the intestine. Sometimes the stomach stops squeezing and you end up with stomach that gets full quickly and can take a long time to empty. The feelings of fullness, "bloating", and pain you describe sounds a lot like GP to me. Good luck seeing your doctor. Feel free to email me.

I have been talking to a lot of people with the "right side pain" So far none of the Drs have identified the source of the problem even after numerous test. I am being scoped Tues to look at the left side. Then if nothing shows up he will do exploratory laproscopy. The pain is constant and horr
