do not get discouraged. 20 lbs is 20lbs that you are no longer carring around. Protein is your friend at this point. Keep up the good work. Lisa

I had my surgery almost 6 weeks ago. I try to stay off the scales. I don't want to keep watching it. Never have! Instead keep on your protein and vegetables. Stay away from the carbs. Keep exercising. Keep watching your clothes get bigger! Weigh once a week--max. Good luck and keep on truckin!
