Question:
In need of Fleexes!!!! Style #5720 But can't find them... HELP!

Hello, I apologize to write like this but I am in desperate need of one style of product. I am a army wife and gastric bypass patient. Since I had surgery in 2008, I have lost over 300 lbs and I have RELIGIOUSLY wore 'Flexees Women's Weightless Power Hi-Waist Capri #5720'. I mean I even sleep in them. I had thought I bought enough stock to last me a few more years but because of a fire on the base, I am now down to my last two pairs - which are in SERIOUS disrepair. I have searched the internet with no hope. I have checked all local stores and put our a call to any Army wifes to check their local Macy's, also put in a call and letter to Macy's corporate office. I know this might not sound like a huge issue, but I haven't seen my husband since I was nearly 500 lbs and he is coming home withing the next month, and I feel hideous without my Flexees. Hi Linda: I have some info. for you albeit I'm uncertain this is what you desire to hear. Evidently, according to an Amazon.com representative (if the info. I rec'd is legit) that product # has evidently been discontinued! So if you are in search of specifically just this one and only from Flexees, I believe you are only likely to locate same through a thrift shop or a WLS group swap/consignment sale. Sorry, I know that's awful to hear, but there is hope ... I found a store in the UK (also has USA sites) wherein they sell Flexees and it is there I found these two (2) similar shaper products that may be good substitutes for the product you prefer (above). Hi Linda, Did you try Spanx ? I've found this link which is a high rise footless type which comes down to the calf and up to under the bustline... http://www.spanx.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4058274&cp=2992553.4083694&parentPage=family. Maybe you could try a brief type which comes down to the calf but because it doesn't go to the bustline get a camisole type shaper from either flexees or spanx. Check out the spanx website they have several types of shapers and some clothes too that have the shaper built in. I hope this helps !! Kelly
