You might want to check with your physician. Sounds like you need to work less. that is an awful lot of driving and working.

Be careful with Vivarin and No Doze type products. They can keep you awake for awhile, but they can quit working without warning and you will be asleep like someone shut off a light switch. 20 years ago my husband was in the Navy and tried to drive straight through from Virginia Beach, VA to Minnesota with the "help" of Vivarin. He made it to Wisconsin before the light switch went out. He fell asleep at the wheel and was nearly killed in a car accident. It changed his life forever as he was permanently disabled and was medically discharged from the Navy. Don't mean to scare you....but just be careful. I would sleep a little until at least daylight.

I wouldn't recommend something like an over the counter stimulant. Is there any way you could change your shift or perhaps get a hotel room or something else? I know having to work is one thing, but risking your life on a long drive while exhausted while maybe or maybe not under the influence of an OTC stimulant sounds very dangerous. A hotel room is a lot cheaper than the cost of a serious accident or your life. Whatever you decide, be careful and I wish you all the best, Dawn V.

You can take anything as long as you drink a full 8 oz of water with it. You need enough water to flush the pills into your system and out of your pouch. If they dissolve in the pouch then you can get ulcers.

I like 5- Hour Energy Drinks- you can get at drug store- no caffeine-just Vitamin B - no jitters, no crash I use quite often-

I was taking Vivarin for a few years and at first they worked great for the first 2 years maybe, and then wham, I was even more tired, and they only worked for short time or I would have to take more, but they weren't really working well. I was able to get off of them completely with no problem.

FIRST OFF, TELL YOUR DOCTOR YOUR PROBLEM, AND THEN ASK HIM WHERE YOU MIGHT FIND A GOOD PSYCHIATRIST. WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS SELF-DESTRUCTIVE. IF YOU NEED A SECOND JOB THAT BAD, AT LEAST GET ONE NEARER TO YOUR HOME!!

I admit that I live by Vivarin. Just be careful. Only use it if you absolutely need it. Start with 1/2 a pill.

Stay off the stimulants. If you need "energy" to stay awake try an "energy" drink like VERVE. It is the only "healthy" one on the market. Go to www.TrySomeVerve.com
