I too am 10 years out and it is a daily struggle to not only lose weight but to maintain my weight loss. I joined Weight Watchers and religiously go to meetings even when I have not lost any weight. Just to let you know, I have gained and lost the same 12 pounds since joining in 2007. I know that this maynot sound like alot but it is still my struggle. I am currently up 25 pounds since my lowest post-op weight in 2002. It is a constant battle. I know it is my poor food choices that led me here. I know that I am not "perfect". I am also tired of singing the same tune when I do not follow my healthy eating plan.....(Why do I have to always diet? Why me? I will be happy when I am at goal.) It is difficult and I am writing that you are not alone. I keep thinking that there is a magic pill out there and I want it. My luck though it will be malabsorbed due to my bypass....LOL!!! You....we must make taking care of ourselves a priority. What gets in our way of achieving our goals is ourselves.....we make the choice ....no one forces us to practice "poor" behaviors. I am here for you. Let's do it together.....you have an ally who is struggling like you....

I just went thru this myself. I chose to see a surgeon so he could tell me what my insides were doing. I had already kept a very complete food diary and knew it wasn't my diet. I went thru a revision surgery in March this year. My surgeon had found that the 2002 rny had many problems and had actually reattached to my stomach and intestines. I am back on the road to weight loss again. Do the honest diary first to see what you are eating - include grams of proteins and calories per day. Then get the help you need.

Doterra is the best! I tried and love it and still am taking slim sassy oil and trim shake from doterra that is healthy with safe chemicals in it, none of caffeine or others gimmick in it! Slim sassy oil is no chemicals pure that can be ingested! It worked wonders for me and others! Check out deaf.doterrapro.com you would be grateful I mentioned this! It changed me! I'm looking forward to lose more so I can have the lap band surgery.
