Question:
How long does it take to get a date with Atlantic Bariatric Center ?

I went to ABC on 1/16/02. I have Cigna(HMO)Health Care of N.C. How long will it take to get approve and get a surgery date? HELP!    — J S. (posted on February 1, 2002)

I first saw them in April '02 and had my surgery in July. I think their website says it takes about 2 months to get insurance approval. I don't know how long mine took as I didn't keep track of it, Just one day Lisa said I was approved. It seemed quick to me. My insurance is Mail Handlers with the fed govt.
