Anyone with Benefits Management Insurance

Has anyone tried to get Benefit Management to pay all/portion of plastic surgery costs? What are there guidelines? I've only had this company for about 2-3 months, so any info. you can give will be appreciated.    — Mykel (posted on December 28, 2005)
