Question:
What is recommended for someone who has had 2 hernia repairs with the stitch?

my husband had the mesh patch to repair a hernia when he was a yr out -- that was back in may -- not one problem or complaint

The mesh appears to work fine. The ideal way to avoid hernia repairs is get LAP surgery. About 1/3 of opens get at least one hernia LAP the rate is near zero. This from my surgeon dr philip schauer
