How often are lapband adjustments and how much does each cost?

Many surgeons include acertain number of fills with their follow-up. I had my surgery in mexico with follow-up here. I paid $300 per fill. Starting with a fill a month until I reached restriction, then it varied depending on when I needed the next fill (about 8-12 weeks each) for a total of 6 fills

In my area there is a surgeon that advertises on his website for self pay lapband surgery. It shows that the first 3 fills are included and then beyond that are $15 each.
