Question:
Do Hernia's stop Weight Loss?

I had RNY 04/04 and stopped losing in 04/05. I went from 318 to 173. I developed 3 very large hernias - I look 5 months pregnant, and I'm not. I have gained 25 pounds. I have been unable to lose the weight gain. Will hernia surgery help me get back to my low? Help - any advice appreciated.    — SallyS (posted on February 5, 2006)
