Hi Diane, I love the AchievOne products, but found that shipping was too costly and my shipments almost always arrived with at least one broken bottle. I contacted the manufacturer, got all the ordering info, and took it all to a local grocery store and made a deal with them: if they would stock these products for me, I would do all of my shopping at their store. They agreed, and so now I can buy AchievOne locally. It's been really great! I drink two of these per day and I lost 171 lbs., reaching my goal weight in only 11 months. Robin
