Do'es Humana insurance of Michigan cover abdominoplasties and breast lift also arm an

I have two Insurance company's Humana of Michigan and Highmark's blue cross blue shield ppo. Do either of these approve for plastic surgery's. has anyone been approved through them?    — JANEAN P. (posted on September 13, 2004)

Regarding the question about insurance coverage for the abdominoplasties and breast lift. I do not know about other insurance companies, but.....from what I have observed watching 3 friends and been told for my own case in the future; BCBS PPO will cover it if you have lost a 100 pounds or more.
