Ahh relax! So you had somwe bread, just dont make a habit of it. Now
hopefully your a few weeks out so the bread doesnt make you ill. Your
surgery date:( isnt on your profile:( Few posties are perfect. Relax this
isnt going to mean anything unless you get addicted to it daily, and please
get in your protein every day.

Weight loss surgery isn't like when we're on a diet - one screw up and it's
finished. What the heck - you ate a roll. Normal people eat a roll - they
just don't eat 12 rolls and they don't eat them 3 meals a day 7 days a
week. Dust yourself off and keep on going - you're fine. And, like Bob
said - make sure you get that protein in!

Stop stressing hon, it's done and over with. move on. can't do a thing
about it now. Just try not to do it again. We all have slipped and fell,
and got back up brushed ourself off and got right back on track. In my
house they have their foods and I have mind. alot of times they want mind.
but I tell them, I don't touch yours so you don't touch mind. LOL I have
decided no pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, sweets, etc. anything high in
carbs are all nonos for me. Everyone has their own way of eating. Try to
stay focus, you will do just find. Hang in there *****

about it and don't do it again. No harm no foul!

Cheating is a dieter's word. It is used by people in the "fat
head." This is about responsibility. If you eat a roll, exercise a
bit more the next day. If you want to be thin and heathy, you must do what
thin and healthy people do. They eat right, most of the time, and they
exercise frequently. It is a treat not a cheat. Welp, that's your treat
for the month, now back to the grindstone!

It's okay, you're human. You are not on a diet and someday you will be
able to have a bit of bread, after your protein and veggie, if you still
have room and preferrably wheat. for now you are still learning a new
lifestyle. Don't beat yourself up. Just get back on track and have a
wonderful life.

Hi Tara. I know how you feel. I am 4 weeks post-op and last week I thought
I was going to die if I did not have a hamburger with the bun and all the
fixings. I was able to ward of the demons in my head for a day, but the 2nd
day I had to do it. I got a burger with the works and of course was only
able to eat about three bites and then threw it away. I felt so guilty,
like I had ruined the surgery and that I had no control! But then I
realized that before the surgery an hamburger craving would have been to go
eat the hamburger with french fries and probably a beer or two. So, this
surgery is really a tool! I satisfied my craving, got back on my treadmill
and went on with it. I doubt that those cravings are ever going to fully go
away, but I feel like now I have the power to fight them. Don't beat
yourself up over it, just figure out what happened and move on. Good Luck!
