I hit that point too. Just actually got past one that lasted several weeks. All you can do is wait it out. Drink plenty of water and watch what you eat and I promise the weight loss will start back up. This will not be the first or last plateau....just my opinion

This is very common and will probably continue on and off thru out the rapid weight loss time..You might try kicking up the exercise just a notch and even adding a little extra protein...I only had very short stalls the entire time I was losing until the end of my weight loss...Then it really slowed down after a year until it totally stopped at 15 mos...But it seemed when i did have a stall...it meant I was ready to eat a little more and I would add an extra bite of protein and that seemed to move things along for me...It seemed to rev my metabolism...That's how it worked for me anyway...

if you aren't exercising you can add a lil of that too. Its just your body trying to catch up to the weight loss. Don't worry!! There was a person at support group last night who said she had a plateau last over 5 weeks. It happens. You may notice teh inches coming off and scale not moving. it is ok. Its all good. Best of luck and God Bless. Hugs, kim

eat all your protein, drink the water adn make sure you avoid the carbs and the weight will ocme off. You may stall for a while but then it will just start back up. so don't worry. It is part of the process.
