Refried beans with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, cottage cheese with finely
cut peaches, yogurt w/ frozen berries and a sprinkle of granola, ricotta
cheese with a splash of spaghetti sauce...I used meat sauce.

Depends on what you are hungry for. Italian? Try some low fat ricotta
cheese mixed with marinara sauce. Mexican? Chili, mashed avacado
(guacamole), salsa with refried beans. Mashed or baked potato is always
good. Low fat sugar free pudding (Cozy Shack brand)for something sweet.
Cottage cheese, applesauce, oatmeal, cream of wheat, grits, malt-o-meal,
jello. I hope some of these ideas help, and remember, almost anything can
be put in a blender and pureed. Best of luck!

Tuna packed in water (drained) mixed with some fat free/low fat mayo and
mustard, I also made myself some white bean chicken chili (ground
chicken)that has been great for dinner (1/2 c per serving), crab cakes,
baked tilapia. Eggs do not sit well with me since surgery and I have
become lactose intolerant as well.
