Question:
Did any of you who have successfully lost 200+ take suppliments outside the ordinary?

I am 8 months post op and my weight loss has slowed to two lbs. in the past month, (128 total) in spite of my increased activity level (with a personal trainer) and staying with a low carb diet. I take the normal vitamins plus potassium, biotin, acetyl L-carnitine, conjugated Linolaic Acid (CLA), and Omega 3. Did any of you who have sucessfully lost found that any of these, or anything else, helped? I just feel like I'm missing some major component here. i lost 265 lbs and i take calcium,vit b,magnesium,folic acid,iron, fish oil,vit D,multi vit i am 6 yrs post op and have maintained the loss u'r slow down in weight loss may be just u'r body trying to catch up, platues happen to everyone.change up u'r eating for a little bit.also muscle weighs more than fat
