The protein train is something they do on some of the boards on obesity help to lose weight after wls. On the Black american board it is a group of people who eat all protein foods and drink water and take their required meds vitamins calcium and whatever they are suppose to take after wls. They do also the daily routines of exercising and weigh in at the end of the week at home or wherever. There is Kaye Baileys the 5 Day protein test (5dpt) where you do like you first had wls...2 days of liquid protein (low carb protein shakes, broths, clear or cream soups, sugar-free gelatin and puddings, 1 day of soft protein foods canned fish like tuna, white chicken and salmon), 1 day of firm protein foods (ground meat like turkey, beef, chciken, lamb, shellfish, lobster, fresh salmon or halibut) and 1 day of solid protein foods like white meat poultry, beef steak, pork, lamb and wild game like cornish hens or deer. I lost 7 lbs the first week I tried the 5dpt. It does work if you stick to it.
