It's time to join the Grad list. There is a lot of combined long term experience on this list and I'd recommend it in conjunction with this site and any local lists you use. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Graduate-OSSG

My surgeon told me low carb, high protein for life. I don't count calories, just watch my sugar intake and eat protein first. I find too many carbs make me hungrier! I do have to be waary of head hunger, though.

Hey there... This is the important thing for me...NUTRITION... Protein, veggies, I do stay away from eating rice, pasta and bread... If I know that I am getting my meal replacement shakes in 2 xs a day and I get my 125 grams of protein in and balance all that out...I will stay the way that I am...I also eat a sweet potatoe and Oatmeal daily... Those are great carbs... There is a science behind everything I do... I know exactly how to regain weight that was not needed.. I exactly now know how to keep lean by changing a mindset of the old FAT BRAIN! I will not eat less than 1250 callories a day, but hey I must admit...I do not count them.. I just have figured out the science behind an obese mind!!! Looking to change? You can do it!!! Celeste Momin from 327 to 125... I love my healthy body!!!
