Question:
sore throat

Just under 2weeks post op have a bad sore throat which is somewhat common for me, no tonsils though. What can I take?    — danosteve (posted on August 11, 2007)

try adult strength liquid tylenol!!

I was going to suggest crushing up some tylenol mixed with applesauce. Crush up 2 extra strength tylenol. That should help plus, gargle with salt water.

After wls I was told that any tylenol liquid for colds or sore throat or pain was good to take. It still makes me have dumping symptoms when I use it but gets rid of headaches and mild pain when I need to take something. I just tolerate the sweats and ill feeling for a minute.
