Check out the group on this site called Crossing Over to Transfer Addiction. This group is all about the behaviors people can get into. I experienced this myself.

OMG people are you all freaking nuts??? This lady enjoys some wine once in a while on the weekends and you are all telling her to go to a support group i think the rest of you need to go to a support group or at least seek therapy. I say you enjoy wine drink wine just don't let it take control the point of this surgery was for you to enjoy life so go ahead and ejnoy life and dont let it be a problem thats all but if you make it something bigger than it should be than it will become a problem that's just my 2 cents for what it's worth BTW I am 7 months post RNY

If you only drink a little on the weekend no worries. If you are getting drunk on the weekends you may want to cut back or seek help to see why you feel this is a good option.
