Question:
I am seeing Dr Wallace on Dec. 8 th 2008 .

The reason I am using Doctor Wallace is I have met himw before it was so neat to be able to look at and touch the Lap-Bands and see what they are like they are very soft. and the reason I cannot Use Cental DuPage is Medicare has not appoved them yet so I will go were I don't have to pay for it . and Dr . Jonathan Wallace is anice Doctor as I met Him awhile back . it sure was neat to see the Lap-Bands close up one is Made in Sweden and one I think is made here in the U.S.    — Ruth Rowe (posted on November 10, 2008)

Hello Ruth, Congratulations on getting the band. I think you will be pleased with the results. I myself have the Realize Band. It is the only band that has a web site that has a program for your journey with the band. It is great because it has a food diary that keeps up with your protein and calorie intake. It also has a place to keep up with your excercise. It has recipes for lap band patients. Check it out at www.realizeband.com I have lost about 17 pounds so far. I had my surgery 2 weeks ago. Feel free to ask me any questions about the band. Oh yeah, I drive 2.5 hours to go to my Dr. for the band. It was worth the extra miles to have my insurance pay for it.
