Does anyone know approximate cost of DS in Tijuana, Mexico?

Hi :) I just got an email from one of the places I emailed and they said the sleeve was 9,500 and that was to cover everything including one night in a hotel and transportation to/from the airport... the only thing it didn't cover was the flight to San Diego and on to Mexico.
