Question:
Is anyone else not getting the Q&A post emailed to them?
I have been getting the Q&A post emailed to me on a daily basis since I became a member. All of a sudden they have stopped. All of my settings are the same, both on OH and my personal email account. I looked forward to getting those post everyday. If anyone knows how to fix, that would be great. Thanks in advance. Hope everyone is doing well. — CheekyMonkey (posted on April 6, 2009)

Yes! I was wondering what was going on, I haven't gotten a Q&A in
several days. I don't know how to fix it either. Hope someone will get it
fixed soon.

I am having the same problem and cannot seem to fix it...In fact things are
getting worse now...I keep getting errors when trying to access any part of
the OH site! I just worte a long PM and it never made it...I am so
frustrated with it...Been going on for about a week now! I even tried
accessing it off my main internet carrier thinking it was another AOL
(AOHell) problem, but the problem still happens even when I use Internet
explorer and others! So I guess there might be a glitch happening at OH
and might just take some time to iron out! Hang in there! You are not
alone in this!

I had that problem, found them all in my spam folder. I had to give
permission to receive regular. I use yahoo. If you have a junk or spam
folder, I suspect you will find them there. Deb

I am having the same problem. It started about 5 days ago when I stopped
getting my daily Q&A e-mail. I went to the OH website and signed in
manually to get to my profile page. I went into my 'settings' to try and
fix it, but every time I try to set my preference and then save it, it
doesn't work. I am using Firefox, on a mac computer, so this is definitely
an OH problem, and has nothing to do with your servers (AOL, etc). We will
have to hope OH can fix it soon, I really look forward to my 'daily
digest!' Becky

I, too, have stopped receiving the q&a posts. I tried several
different computers and browsers and nothing helped. Does OH even know that
there is this issue going on?

Whew!! I thought it was just me...reading the Q n A is one of my fav parts
of the morning...like reading the paper...

You took the words right out of my mouth Tara. It IS like getting the paper
every morning. Well, thanks to Becky, I have reported the problem to
"tech support" so hopefully we will get our daily "fix"
back soon.
