I have not tried things actually marketed as being for weightloss, but I
know some of the vitamins I take state they have benefits towards
weightloss. for example Super B Complex
I know that taking anything that contains a diuretic or caffine has been
strongly discouraged (most diet drugs do).

Do you know that FASTIN is a diet pill?? It is phentermine, which is an
appetite suppressant. When I think of the term "diet
supplements", I always think of vitamins, herbals.

I would strongly advise against using anything like this before checking
with your physician. You can do a lot of harm to yourself and very little
good. If you find something like this necessary; take to your doc about
something less strong like Slimfast. It will also keep giving your body
the nutrition it needs. Good Luck and God Bless,

I know just how you feel. I had surgery on July 24,2008 lost 20 lbs the
first week lost 6lbs 4 weeks later and have not lost a pound since. It has
been five months two fills and nothing but 26lbs. I feel like the first
week set me up. I dont want to hear that I am doing something wrong when I
am following my doctors order. I sometime wish that i had the other surgery
and not this one. A family member has lost 80lbs in 6 months with the
bypass. I am going to ask my doctor for the fastin pills when I go back to
him on the 18th of this month.

We had this surgery to learn HOW to eat again... It wasnt to get a
"quick" fix. It takes time . Be patient, and be strong. God
Bless.
