Question:
Has anyone with Hepatitis C had the surgery?

I have HCV and my doctors did not seem concerned. I don't believe that the surgery will have a negative effect on the HCV. I figure that WLS will reduce fat on the liver. I would ask your doctor though, all I can say is that it wasn't a concern to my pcp or my WLS doctors.
