Question:
I had my surgery 12/01

I am a short 4'11" person. I have stayed at my weight of 160 for over 2 months. I know I'm eating more carbs now, but I can onlt eat 3-4 bites. I ever started doing aerobics 3-4 X a week. Water is still my big downfall. Has anyone ever been stuck for 2 or more months and still lost weight after. My goal is 125 and now I don't see me getting there! Any response welcome.    — Cindee A. Try going to the old Q & A postings and look under post-op issues and plateaus. You'll find quite a few people have had 2 month and longer plateaus. Are you back to the basics, lots of water, lots of protein, vitamins, low carbs and exercise? If so, then sometimes you need to fool your body by feeding it more for a few days or having 6 small meals in a day or adding an extra protein shake to kick start it again.. Congrats on getting to 160!! Hope to be there someday too.
