I ordered all my vitamins from www.vitalady.com. They have about 60 different kinds of protein samples and a comparison chart so you can see what is in each one. It is the site run by Michelle Curran, a frequent poster here. I compared her prices with gnc and Walmart and hers were the better buy and being a bypass patient herself. Michelle only sells what is good for us. Another site is wlssuccess.com but you dont have the variety there on samples.

I received protein samples today from vitalady.com. I had a question on amount of water or skim milk to take with sample and emailed her. She answered my email in an hour stating between 4 to 8 ounces, whichever thickness I wanted. Sugestions on protein drink: ProScore 100 Chocolate, Pro Blend 55 Alpine Vanila, Pro Blend 55 Swiss Chocolate, Whey Delicious Orange Cream, Whey Delicious Banana Blast.
