Question:
I was wondering if everyone who has this surgery has to have plastic surgery ?

If you call it Plastic Surgery, you will never get approval from your insurance, to have a TT and Breast lift it is actually reconstructive surgery, go to the library on this site and there are tons of answers. Hope this helps

Not everyone. Depends on your age, genetics, how long you've been MO, how heavy you are, how much you exercize, and how much sagging you can stand. Only time will tell.
