I don't see why it wouldn't be okay. All Atkin's products are low to no carb.

I don't know what the ingredients are, but Atkins makes a boxed brownie mix that is pretty good....the main thing is to NOT overbake them! I have a recipe book that has been worked on for about 18 months for recipes using fructose, Splenda and turbinado sugar and there is a recipe in there for fudgy brownies. I took a lot of regular recipes and experimented relentlessly to perfect them (threw a lot of stuff in the trash too!). FYI....if you buy a box of Nestle ChocoBake and follow the directions on the inside of the box for their brownies, using turbinado sugar instead of regular sugar, they are good....but again, don't overbake them!
