Question:
Miss Pancakes-Want No More!!!!

CarbSense Buckwheat or Buttermilk Flavored Pancake and Waffle Mix Substitute the water for buttermilk in the same measurements and substitute the oil for Smart Balance Butter-Not Light Add about 2 Tbspof splenda, cinnamon, vanilland butter flavor extract or other seasonings and follow directions as usual. Also I added about 2-3 Tbsp water per 1/2 cup serving to thin the batter out-you need to do that otherwise it is too thick. heat nonstick skillet with 1 TBSP of butter (smart Balance) and cook until edges are golden brown-I like my edges dark and crisp which is why u need the butter in the back. Let cook for about 2 minutes per side and then flip until fully cooked about another minute. Add more butter if you like and then top with Joseph's Sugar Free Maple Flavor Syrup(I swear it is the best sugar free syrup on the face of the earth-I might eat it if God told me not to, but no seriously it is that good) The pancake mix has 3 grams of fiber and a whopping 29 grams of protein-WHOO HOO-I hope you guys try them and please let me know how u liked them also go to www.carbsense.com and get all the nutrint info for theirr pancake mixes    — TotallyTori (posted on March 23, 2004)

I LOVE YOU!!! Man there is nothing I miss more than a good old pancake. I was the queen at making them as light and fluffy as clouds and I have really missed them. I have attempted to have them, but I think the syrup is too much for me. I dont dump, but get that "sea cruise" feeling. Tell me where I can find the Joseph's syrup. Thanks again.
