Well, you are asking alot, for such little space. But I understand. I had a VBG on Jan 29th, 2001. I was in the hospital for 1 week and off work for about 3 weeks. The surgery took a couple of hours and everything went great. The first day, I was out of it, but after that I had little pain, but I also did what the doctor told me to do. I was up walking all the time. I did not have surgery in the same town that I live, so I didn't have alot of visitors, so I had nothing else to do but walk. Since I was out of the hospital, I have been walking 2 miles a day everyday or close to it. I started out at 252 and now I am at approx. 186 and never felt better.
