Has anyone had their vbg band removed?

I needed to have the band removed and now I am wondering about regaining my strength and any post op suggestions. I am extremely weak since I had 2 surgeries in 7 weeks. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank You!!!    — Mary Jo K. (posted on November 24, 2002)
