Question:
Bologna pie??

Totally OT but where else can I find thousands of sources of info! I just watched "Sweet Home Alabama" and they mention bologna pie. What the heck is that? Never heard of the pie but have made bologna spread. Put it thru a grinder or grate it and add the usual stuff you put in tuna and chicken salad. YUM good with crackers.

I have seen a recipe using bologna as the crust- the filling is like a quiche- eggs and milk- maybe a few tomatoes or pimentos for color- it might be very good
