Question:
How much is too much?

This is actually a two-part question. I am still pre-op and was wondering how much sodium is too much post-op and what about soy foods, particularly "ground meat" substitutes. I found some really interesting soy product recipes, but the sodium contents are all really high.    — Nicole L. (posted on December 30, 2002)

My only suggestion would be to talk to a nutritionist and find out from them what "your" ideal sodium intake is. It varies so much from person to person. Good luck!
