Question:
Does anyone know how or where I can get a list?

Hello! You have angels out there who let me know you needed a list of co-morbidities!! I know this isn't a complete list by far, but I hope it helps! Procedure Code: 43846 or is it 43847 ???? Check with your Insurance Co.!!!
