Has anyone used St Johns Wart post op?

St. John's Wort is an appetite stimulant. I wouldn't use it if I were trying to lose weight.

I used it prior to surgery and restarted a couple weeks after surgery. I have never known it to increase my appetite -- but I sure notice emotionally when I don't take it. I stopped it again for my recent plastic surgery and was anxious to get back on it -- and this time only waited 10 days with no problems.
