Did your doc say why??? This surgery is like any other & I've never heard of a required liquid diet for 5 days before any surgery. I had the tuck done with major work on the ab muscles and I could eat right up to the night before surgery - you know for the normal fast required to go under the anesthesia. So curious, you'll have to let us know why he ordered this for you if you find out.
