Hi, Marie: I'm not sure how BTC does it, but for my hospital you have to be a patient of one of their docs or be looking into having it done there. The ask patients who have had it done elsewhere or are looking to get it done elsewhere to go there. You might call them and ask, and see if they know of any independent support groups. Good Luck!
