Real Meals is a protein drink. It has 60 grams of protein if you drink the whole packet. I only drink 1/2 packet 2 times a day. It is very tastey if you add your own fresh fruit and ice and mix it in a blender. It almost tastes like a smoothie to me. The previous poster listed a lot of websites to get it from. I get mine from the following: http://protein-solution.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=SFNT&Store_Code=ORM I highly recommend them. Jan

There are numerous protein drinks out there. It can be hard to find one you like, tastewise. I recommend trying sample sizes of all sorts of brands and flavors, rather than ordering a box or carton or whatever of one flavor or brand of something, only to find out you didn't like it. Try wlssuccess.com, or vitalady.com, to get samples of various types of protein drinks and powders in individual servings. All brands will claim they're the best; the best way to figure out what's good is (1) which one you like, tastewise, and (2) which one gives you the most protein per serving (not to exceed 30 grams of protein per serving, which is the max. most manufacturers will say anyone can absorb per serving), and the least amount of carbs, fats, and sugars (read the label, and be sure to count any carbs or sugars you add, like fruits or skim milk).

I agree with Suzy, she always gives great advice! I tried tons of protein drinks/powders. Just recently a friend recommended Unjury chocolate powder. I ordered it and love it. Tasts just like chocolate milk, even my kids love it. I have to hide it from them. lol
