How do I get my pictures on my web page?

Hi! Sorry I don't have an answer to your question, and I have been waiting
for someone to answer it because I would like to know myself how to do it.
I do know that you can email them pictures, but it has been about 3 weeks
since I emailed an updated picture, but it has been a no-show, so I would
really love to know how to post it myself. I resubmitted it again last
week, still a no-show. Oh well! Hopefully someone will share the
knowledge on this. :)

I use to be a photo volunteer, sometimes, the volunteers will get backed up
just due to the sheer number of requests we get. To post them yourself,
they need to be uploaded to a server. Some of the free websites will not
allow you to store photos on their servers and then post them off site.
They consider it bandwidth theft. But there are some out there that will
let you do this - you just need to find them. I have my own domain (for
another project) so if I wanted to I could upload photos to that server
then post them here. To post them, you log in to your profile and find the
"Profile Colors and Photos" link in the first column, about 6
links down. Click on that and you will see places to post Photo 1 and Photo
2. In those boxes you have to copy and paste the URL exactly from where you
are linking from. It needs the http:// in front and the file extension
(.jpg, .gif, etc) on the end and everything. Once you paste the URL in, you
can add a caption, click Update my file and the photo should post. Some
reasons it wouldn't would be because the site doesn't allow it, or the link
was copied wrong.
