Has anyone heard of/used 1800bodymoney.com?

Citibank also offers a Plastic surgery credit card. Go to the doc of your choice. I haven't looked into it, I just saw the advertisement for it.

I was just wondering because they have 100% approval, approved me right away, although the closest surgeon is like 6 hours away. Just wondering if it's some kind of scam or something.
