Question:
3-1/2 months post op here....

I eat like a bird and poop like a bear. How can this be? I'm not complaining, it's a good thing, the cleansing aspect and all, but it's just that I don't understand how this can be.    — blank first name B. (posted on February 15, 2002)

You are not absorbing much of the food you eat due to the intestinal bypass.. So much of what goes in, comes right back out :) You probably aren't pooping as frequently, so when it does come, it seems huge. That's how it goes for me! :)
