Question:
I'm in need of a template of a letter used for coverage of a Tummy tuck!

Can anyone help me!! PLEASE I'm in need of a letter written by you to the insurance to try to get the Tummy tuck covered because of the hanging skin and other health issues. Hi. I was just approved for a TT. I was denied the first time and approved on the appeal. i got virtually all my matrial for the appeal from Sue Barr go to her profile and then you can get to her web site. It is incredible she has a world of letters there that should be of help to you , they sure were to me
