Question:
I am a pre-op currently awaiting appeal, I would like to hear some stories on

Hi there ~ I saw no one had responded to this and wanted to say that I too am a pre-op. I believe that the horror stories or stories of complications are absolutely out there. There is a woman by the name of Wanda something who her "angel" has been keeping us posted on the posting board section of WLS website...she's certainly had the complications from a February 2002 surgery and is still in ICU. I know of two people that I am connected to who had some difficulties but not sure of the exact circumstance. I believe the success rate far outweighs the other - not sure but good question. Kind of nice that no answers were given...maybe gives us that much more hope that we'll get through with ease. :)
